Shipping:

  • We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States, prices may vary based on weight of product(s).

  • For international orders, shipping costs vary based on the destination. The applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Returns:

  • We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Please note that custom-made or personalized items, as well as earrings due to hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The item you intend to exchange must be unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we can offer a store credit or arrange for a refund.

How to Initiate Returns or Exchanges:
